For those of you whom have been with me forever you may remember the meditation container I hosted for about a year. I would send daily mediation tracks accompanied by a practice. I am not able to host such things anymore however I wanted to start sharing a little more of that here.

I wouldn’t say follow me on Spotify because I am not making that many playlists. But if your in search of meditation tracks to play around your house here a few of my favorites.
The Practice
Find a quiet, comfortable spot where you can sit or lie down. Close your eyes and take a deep breath through your nose, letting your belly rise. Hold it gently for a moment, then slowly exhale through your mouth. Repeat this slow, steady breathing for a few minutes, focusing on how the air feels as it moves in and out. If your mind starts to wander, guide it back to your breath. With each exhale, imagine releasing any tension or stress, allowing your body to relax more deeply. This simple practice helps calm your nervous system, leaving you feeling more at ease and balanced.
